Yes, I ensure the right presentations are on the right screen at the right time. Of course I do. But I do so much more. I make sure speakers feel wanted and loved. I guide them in their moments of doubt and indecision. I ensure they are thinking about their performance on stage rather than whether their PowerPoint will work or not.

How did I become the Speakers Angel?
Over 20 years behind the scenes in the conference and corporate events industry globally has helped for sure. That, and learning from wise old masters in the PowerPoint and video worlds along the way.
I have learned to understand both the needs of speakers, AND the needs of organisers in, what are often, stressful times.
But being the Speakers Angel is not just about getting content on the screen.
It’s about protecting reputations. It’s about natural stage direction and calming nerves. It’s about taking over after a missed cue by the speaker. It’s about making that corrupt video file sparkle on the screen and, though I advise against it, making those “little last minute changes” on time. It’s about knowing the complete show – I build all the show files after all!
