Creation of holding slides and name slides for all speakers, which had animated ‘sliding’ backgrounds.

Responsible for on-site liaison with the speakers in terms of getting the presentations onto the show laptops and briefing them on the operation of them whilst they were on-stage.

Also created a sponsor loop to be played during the refreshment breaks.
